Prices and Specials
Dana's Housecleaning's rates offer the best value and are
very competitive when compared to other maid services in the
greater Knoxville area. We frequently survey the local housecleaning
market and
find others charge higher rates for fewer services!
Payment is required at the time of cleaning by check payable to Dana's Housecleaning.
We frequently offer promotional discounts. Please check
for specials in your mail or other local advertisements.
Occasional Service
This is a one-time cleaning or the first cleaning before becoming a regular client.
Hourly Rate: $24.00 per housekeeper
REGULAR Service
This is a cleaning session scheduled each week
(weekly) or every two weeks (biweekly).
Hourly Rate: $22.00 per housekeeper
cleaning supplies fee
In most cases, we use the client's cleaning supplies,
vacuum, mops, buckets, brooms, cleaning rags, etc.
This is a common client preference.
However, if supplies are provided by the housekeeper,
the fee would be:
Supplies Fee: $2.00 per hour
That’s all! No additional fees!
We do not have a list of extra add-on fees for “special” tasks. We include those tasks in our normal services.
Tips If you wish, you may include a tip you feel is appropriate in your check to Dana's Housecleaning. We ensure all tips are paid to housekeepers weekly.
